All projects require 50% of the total fee paid upon signing the contract. The final invoice is due before delivery of all final deliverables. The fee does not include outside expenses including, but not limited to, font licensing, trademarking, printing costs, production oversight, URL/website expenses. These costs are the responsibility of the client.

The project includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $100.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate wording, guest lists and event details, and to carefully proofread all artwork prior to approval. All files must be approved in writing before proceeding to print. Once final artwork has been approved, the studio cannot be held responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information or overlooked mistakes. Any reprints required due to approved errors will be at the client’s expense. Please take your time when reviewing proofs and check every detail thoroughly.

The studio manages print production on your behalf unless otherwise agreed. Please note that colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to differences in monitors, inks and paper stocks. Specialty finishes such as foil, letterpress and embossing may include minor natural variations, and handmade or specialty papers may carry subtle texture inconsistencies. These characteristics are considered part of the beauty and nature of printed materials rather than faults. Once artwork has been approved and sent to print, the studio is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved files.

The studio is not liable for:
• Delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers
• Loss or damage once items have been shipped
• Errors approved by the client in final artworkMaximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods or services.

If the project is terminated by the client after the initial payment, the upfront payment is non-refundable. If the project is terminated after the midpoint payment, the client is responsible for paying for all completed work up to the termination date.

The studio may recommend or incorporate third-party assets such as fonts, stock imagery, mock-ups or other licensed materials as part of your brand project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for purchasing the appropriate commercial licences for any fonts or assets used in the final brand. The studio is not liable for any misuse, unauthorised reproduction or licensing breaches once final files have been supplied.

For branding work, Ownership of all final deliverables will transfer to the client upon receipt of the final payment. Until then, all materials remain the property of the graphic designer.
For Stationary work, All artwork remains the intellectual property of Tabitha Hope. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the final printed materials for their wedding or event.
Artwork may not be reproduced for other purposes, shared with third parties for replication, modified without written permission
The studio reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio, website and social media purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Commercial usage, brand extensions or exhibition usage requires a separate licensing agreement.
